Did’s uses a combination of massage, herbs and various relaxation techniques to rescue and promote healing in the body and help combat insomnia, stress and anxiety.
She has trained in many many different techniques over the years in order to be able to draw upon exactly what is needed to provide a bespoke treatment to heal injury, release tension and promote circulation and relaxation.
Her tool box contains reflexology, colour light therapy, thai yoga, holistic massage, creative healing methods to name a few.
