I spent 12 months seeing Kate as my coach. I was an overweight, un-confident lady with no willpower to change. Kate was an inspiration from our very first session. She was focused, calming, comforting and empowering and she never once made me feel inadequate. Our sessions were relaxed, focused and clarifying and I ended every one feeling like I could conquer the world. Kate gave me the tools I needed to make my own life-changing decisions without actually realizing that I was making them ! Everything was done on my terms and in my own time scales. For the first time in a very long time, I felt focused and positive and with a ‘can do’ approach to the daily challenges that faced me.
I had plenty of setbacks, but Kate had the skill and knowledge to pick me up and put me on the right path again so quickly I will be eternally grateful to Kate for all the help she gave me and for changing my outlook on not just eating, but my life in general.

In class, Kate encourages us to listen to our own bodies in relation to what they are capable of and what they need. She has a lovely, gentle manner, is understanding of limitations, yet encourages us to push further than we think we are capable of.

I do yoga to strengthen my body physically, mentally and emotionally…and to connect more strongly with who I am (and aspire to be). I do yoga with Kate because she is an excellent guide and teacher. I suffer terribly with my early onset menopause and related hormone fluctuations. I often feel very emotional and out of control. Dids is quiet amazing I feel better once I’m with her as her approach and humor lifts my mood. During my colour light treatment I feel myself becoming stronger and more balanced, the effects are long lasting and I’m less weepy and more in control for weeks after her treatment. It is quite amazing!
